SYSTEM MONITORING
When you purchased your solar panels, your solar installer may have set up a solar system monitoring software. This software operates through your inverter and shows your production data. If you own your solar panels and you don’t have system monitoring, you may not know that there’s a problem until you receive an abnormally high utility bill in the mail.
The Solar Pros technician will monitor your solar panel production installed 24/7 and alerting them to any issues. The Solar Pros certified technician will determine cause of solar monitoring system failure and we will troubleshoot condition of existing monitor and confirm with manufacturer support that monitor is no longer operational.
SITE ASSESSMENT
The Solar Pros technician will conduct detailed viability study using system proposal and production analysis. We will conduct a detailed shade study utilizing the best tools in the industry. Detailed system photos will be provided.
INVERTER TROUBLESHOOT & REPLACEMENT
The Solar Pros will determine why your inverter is experiencing error code or performance issues. Our technician will perform string testing (if system has string inverters) on the inverter for repair and contact manufacturer’s tech support as needed to initiate.
Our certified technician will replace inverter recording old and new serial number and confirm operation with manufacturer prior to leaving site.
The Solar Pros certified technician will replace microinverters and optimizers recording old and new serial numbers and confirm operation with manufacturer prior to leaving site.
MODULE TROUBLESHOOT & REPLACEMENT
The Solar Pros will determine why your module is experiencing low performance issues. Our technician will perform visual and electrical testing for repair and contact manufacturer’s tech support as needed to initiate.
Install compatible module and replace in accordance with inverter and racking specifications. Document existing panels and new panel serial number.
PV SYSTEM REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION
The Solar Pros will remove all solar components and store onsite. We will reinstall system according to original plan set. All additional materials will comply with original install quality standards.

FULL SYSTEM HEALTH CHECK & CONSULTING
We will provide you with a comprehensive home solar system inspection for every component and wiring with images and fully documented report on system verification, visual reporting, and solar inspection results.
The Solar Pros provides as well technical expertise and recommendations with design (through Aurora software design), technology, AHJ issues and consumer/installer quality concerns.

If your original solar installer no longer provides service warranty or is simply out of business, you can still protect your investment by allowing our team of professional technicians to monitor, troubleshoot and provide service and maintenance to your solar system with any of our two different service plan options.
